Epsom Golf Club - Academy Membership

The Epsom Golf Club Academy Membership has been introduced for those looking to make the step up to join a golf club but have not yet attained a handicap or do not feel ready for a full membership. The academy provides a year's opportunity to meet and play with others in the same position, whilst making improvements to your game within a regular coaching programme. All this plus access to a great and unique golf course.

Academy members will receive the following:

• 6 x 30 min individual lessons
• 5x1 hour group classes
• 1 on course playing lesson
• Rules and etiquette sessions
• Access to the golf course during off peak times
• Regular competitions
• Academy handicap
• Full use of clubhouse facilities and social events
• EGC club card will be credited with £50

Cost £499

The academy members will have access to the golf courses during the off-peak times. These times may vary through the year and Academy members will be notified of any change by email. Members will have full access to the clubs booking system but must sign into the professional shop before they play. Members will receive a bag tag that must be displayed clearly at all times and a membership card which entitles them to discounted food and drink in the clubhouse. This card will be credited with £50 when you join and may be topped up at the bar at any time.

Regular competitions and rules seminars are organised exclusively for Academy Members throughout the year. Members also have full access to the clubs social events as well as structured coaching programme. The professional shop will administrate Academy handicaps and cards must be regularly handed in to gain a years playing record. At the end of the year, playing records will be reviewed and Academy Members are invited, without joining fee, to become a full member of the golf club.
