Epsom’s specialisation is catering for the smaller function, whether a business meeting, a wedding reception or a family event of some kind.

Catering at Epsom is provided by our Head Chef Leonardo, to a very high standard. All food is freshly prepared on the day and we cater for everything from a simple buffet to a meal of high cuisine.

Meeting Room Guide

Main Function Room
This upstairs room with its view over the course and the 18th green, and its traditional wooden décor adds a degree of timeless quality to any event and it is the main social room for members. The room doubles as a meeting room allowing an audience of up to 80 people to comfortably view presentations from the front and can seat the same number for eating using round or angular table formats.

Committee Room
This room on the ground floor is a very popular business meeting room as it provides the ambience of a traditional company boardroom. It will take up to 20 people comfortably, and is often used as a flexible venue for a smaller meeting with buffet food or with the eating taking place in the main lounge.

Main Lounge
The main lounge is available to function users of the Club but not usually on an exclusive basis as this is the main social room for club members. The lounge can sometimes be booked on an exclusive basis by prior agreement. In many cases people using the meeting rooms for functions will share the bar with club members or remain in their meeting room using waitress service.

Being a golf club, the opportunity exists to mix business with pleasure by enjoying a round of golf as the perfect antidote to a busy meeting. The use of the Edwardian purpose-built snooker room can also add to a memorable day.
