Epsom was one of the first Clubs in Southern England to be awarded the prestigious English Golf Partnership award of the GolfMark for excellence in developing and conducting it's Junior Section. This was complemented by the award of the ClubMark by Sport England the following year.
In 2007, we have been awarded the GolfMark 'High Achiever' Gold Star, the very first and only golf club in the country to receive it!
The awards recognize Epsom's comprehensive and coherent Child Protection Policies and Practices, as well as the quality of the coaching programme. This is conducted by a team of 13 trained Junior Leaders who assist the Club's Professional who also delivers Golf Foundation Award coaching for the Junior Golf Passport to non-club youngsters.
