Here at Epsom we offer a wide range of Society packages (named after historic Open Champions who have pitted their golfing skills against the Course), ranging from bacon rolls with coffee and 18 holes of golf on our unique panoramic course, to golf followed by a freshly cooked 2 course meal served in one of our function rooms overlooking the 18th fairway.  

Societies are welcome at the Club during the week and are also very popular at weekends. 

The details of our Society packages are listed below, however Epsom is very flexible and can tailor the day to your individual requirements, making the event an enjoyable and successful one.

Society packages include welcoming table, nearest the pin and longest drive markers and prizes where pre-arranged.

We can tailor your day and help with all aspects of making the event successful, so please call us to discuss your specific requirements.

Societies need to be 12 people or more (who are not EGC members) and weekend golf societies are catered for. Please note Society prices are correct at time of printing but may be subject to change.

Meals can be served in the traditional atmosphere of our oak-beamed dining room with its balcony and view over the 18th or, for smaller gatherings, in the Presidents' Room. Because Epsom has its own catering team we can provide everything from sandwiches/buffet to a gourmet meal, but popular dishes with Golf Societies, like ham egg and chips, are also available.
